GOVERNING COUNCIL NOMINATION FORM
Basic Annual Membership - $65
- Pay $35 per multi-week class, $15 for one-week class from the Prescott, Sedona and Verde offerings

- Includes 20 free multi-week and one-week classes per year from the Prescott, Sedona and Verde offerings
