The Friends of the Southwest Wine Center (FoSWC) is a volunteer group devoted to increasing both recognition and annual unrestricted funds for the programs of the Southwest Wine Center in Clarkdale, AZ.

Wine and Dine in the Vines is the annual fundraising event held by the Yavapai College Foundation and the Friends of the Southwest Wine Center to raise money to benefit the Viticulture and Enology (VEN) Program at the Southwest Wine Center at Yavapai College Verde Valley Campus.
Event proceeds benefit:
- VEN endowed scholarships
- Student activities
- Priority needs of the VEN Program
On Saturday, October 19, 2024, the 10th annual Wine and Dine in the Vines was held at the Southwest Wine Center (SWC). Thirteen wineries (six of them SWC alumni) and nine restaurants participated, serving approximately 200 guests. Funds were raised through sponsorships, ticket sales, silent auction, wine pull, and cork pull.
Final fundraising earnings surpassed $50,000.
