Housing at Yavapai College
Generally, freshmen and sophomores live in residence halls staffed by college employees who support and guide the college experience. Non-traditional students appreciate the independent-living experience afforded by apartments and RVs, while houses are reserved for YC employees.
YC also has a limited number of opportunities for students who wish to bring their family or pet. This option is primarily available to students bringing their own RV and intending to rent a College RV pad; however, there are a few tiny houses and RVs available for rent as well. Workforce Housing
Yavapai College (YC) owns and manages a limited amount of workforce housing units in Yavapai County to provide convenient, safe, and attainable housing to full time college employees. This includes houses, tiny homes, RV pads, and a few RVs.
