FOUNDATION BOARD MEMBERS
Anne Barton
Anne’s early career was in public education in Virginia as an English Teacher. She then moved into corporate industry and worked her way up to senior management positions with Xerox, People’s Bank and Deloitte & Touche. She and husband John, moved to Prescott in 2007 where Anne has contributed to a number of community organizations. Anne is committed to enriching lives as she serves on a number of committees and boards here in Prescott.
A longtime Arizona resident, Judy and her husband Roger moved to Prescott full-time in 2014. During her 40-year career in banking, Judy gained extensive management experience. She was president and chief executive officer
of Valley First Community Bank in Scottsdale, AZ for seven years. Prior
to that she held several executive level management positions at Wells Fargo Bank and Norwest Bank, managing both business and retail banking groups in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Judy’s
Don Michelman
Don has a bachelor's in science and
a master's in business administration. He and his wife, Barbara, moved to Prescott in November 2001 from the Phoenix area. Don is retired from being a commercial insurance wholesaler.
He has served as chairman and vice- chairman for two different Habitat for Humanity affiliates, past chairman
of the Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission, past board member for the Prescott Center for the Arts and is a SCORE volunteer.
Howard is a retired senior executive
with leadership experience in finance, technology, and operations management. He has been a managing partner in
one of the Big 5 accounting firms, chief information officer for a major bank holding company and chief financial officer and chief executive officer of
a privately held printing company. Currently, Howard is finance director
of Mountain Institute JTED in Prescott and a board member of the Forest Fee Management Association. He and

commitment to giving back to her community is evidenced by the many volunteer positions she has held at numerous non-profit organizations throughout her career. Now retired, she looks forward to continuing her volunteer efforts in Prescott.
Joan Meyers President, Friends of Southwest Wine Center
Joan is a retired K-16 educator whose scope of work includes instruction, principal leadership, and central office administration at Ohio State University and the University of Toledo. She had her own consulting business for 10 years providing facilitating services to educators in the leadership and change process.
She and her husband have been property owners in Arizona for 11 years- -with the last four years being full-time.
Her community service work includes: serving on the University of Toledo Alumni Board, acting as secretary for the Ballet Association of Toledo, and performing community outreach work for the
Rotary Club.
his artist wife, Kate, moved to Prescott Valley in 2002. Howard is serving for a second time on the YCF Board of Directors.
Russ Potter
At 25 years of age, with degrees in education and theology, Russ founded the Concerned Group, Inc. Over the following 42 years, his company has created and published books, seminars, and educational curricula specifically
for Protestant and Catholic schools nationwide. Russ’ wife Kristin now oversees their publishing and distribution operations, currently located in N.W. Arkansas. Together, Russ and Kristin also provide leadership for HisKids, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3), they founded for
serving underprivileged North American children and families.
