2015 ROGER RUNYAN CAREER ENHANCEMENT AWARD RECIPIENTS
This prestigious YC Foundation scholarship award is named in memory of Roger Runyan, a respected IT employee of Yavapai College who passed away in 2007. The award is dedicated to helping staff achieve the next step in their educational and career advancement goals.
The five recipients of the financial award which supports their educational studies are: Michelle Baker - Masters of Science in Technical Communication at ASU, Thatcher Bohrman - Masters of Educational Technology (NAU), Karen Jones - Masters in Educational Leadership (NAU), Lindsey Pierce - Masters in Educational Psychology (Ball State University) and Janice Soutee - Masters in Educational Leadership (NAU).

Webb Family Enrichment Center.

WELCOMES NEW EMPLOYEE
Marty Zoeteman is the Accounting Assistant
for the Yavapai College Foundation. She joined the Foundation in August after five years as a financial services/accounting
staff member at Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC).
A Southern California native, Marty grew up in Montana and later lived in Phoenix
for 20 years where she
held various bookkeeping and accounting positions before moving to Prescott in 2003. She attended the University of Montana and also earned associate of arts degrees in accounting and engineering from Western Wyoming College.
An active volunteer, Marty has worked with the Girl Scouts and Big Brother Big Sister organizations and donated over 1,000 hours of service to YRMC.
Marty and her husband enjoy camping and travel -- most recently to Tahiti, Jamaica, and Aruba.
