housing-header.jpgHousing at Yavapai College

YC offers a diverse range of housing options for students and employees, including traditional residence halls, shared apartments, single-family houses, and RVs.

Generally, freshmen and sophomores live in residence halls staffed by college employees who support and guide the college experience. Non-traditional students appreciate the independent-living experience afforded by apartments and RVs, while houses are reserved for YC employees.

YC also has a limited number of opportunities for students who wish to bring their family or pet. This option is primarily available to students bringing their own RV and intending to rent a College RV pad; however, there are a few tiny houses and RVs available for rent as well. To check on Family Housing availability, please complete an inquiry form on the YC Housing website.

Whether you're a traditional or non-traditional student, or a YC employee, our housing options are designed to meet your unique needs and provide a supportive living environment.
