  GUNSMITHING
AAS Degree & Certificate (CTEC)
Listed as one of the BEST gunsmithing programs in the nation, the focus of the program is to provide knowledge to acquire employment in the areas of the custom gun trade as a custom Gunsmith.
Students will receive training in the areas of mills, lathes, CNC machining, competition firearms, and guild firearms production.
Certificate and Advanced Certificate
The Gunsmithing certificate prepares the student for direct employment as a gunsmith in an established shop.
The Advanced Gunsmithing certificate (3rd-year) prepares students with highly specialized training in their choice in the areas of CNC machining, competition firearms, engraving, and guild firearms production.
Sample of reported job titles: Gunsmith, Machinist (mills & lathes), CNC Operator, Engraver, and Weapons Repair.
