Employee Assistance Program
We are excited to share information about a valuable resource designed to support Yavapai College employees in times of need. In partnership with the Yavapai College Foundation (YCF) and the Coalition for Compassion and Justice (CCJ), the Yavapai College Employee Assistance Program provides financial assistance to help employees overcome unexpected hardships and reach their full potential at work
🟢 This program can assist with basic needs such as:
- Rental (Housing) Assistance for those who have recently experienced hardship.
- Car Repairs if your vehicle is your primary mode of transportation.
- Medications to ensure you can maintain your health and well-being.
- Utility Assistance to help keep essential services running in your home.
🟢 YCF and CCJ Working Together
YCF has chosen to partner with CCJ because of its vast expertise in assisting people who have encountered hardships.
YC employees directly communicate with CCJ, which grants an element of privacy for our employees in need.
CCJ, in partnership with YCF, manages this fund and reserves the right to determine what qualifies for funding based on individual circumstances.
🟢 How to Apply
All active employees are eligible to apply for assistance by emailing CCJ at CCJdirector@gmail.com. Please use your dedicated YC email account when communicating with CCJ so we can ensure you are a YC employee. Please include the following information when applying:
- Name and position at Yavapai College
- Additional contact information (e.g., personal cell number)
- Details related to your unexpected hardship
We are committed to supporting you through challenging times, helping you stay focused on both your professional and personal growth. If you are interested in donating to support your fellow colleagues through this fund, please contact the Yavapai College Foundation at ycfoundation@yc.edu.
