Obtaining official and unofficial YC transcripts from Yavapai College and submitting other transcripts to Yavapai College for evaluation.

Former YC students - Order an Official Transcript

document Order online: Parchment.com - create an account, order your transcripts and pay.

document Order in-person: Stop in at any YC campus. Same day pickup only available at the Prescott Campus.

Unofficial transcripts are also available to former students at no charge (photo ID required)

document Order by mail: Submit a signed request and enclose a cashier check or money order for $10.00 per transcript requested. No personal checks or credit cards.

  • Submit official transcript requests to:

  • 1100 E. Sheldon Street
  • Prescott, AZ 86301
  • Include the following in your transcript request:
  •  
  • Signature of the student (we cannot process your order without this)
  • Current name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Yavapai College Student ID Number
  • Name and address to whom the transcript is to be sent
  • Is the transcript to be sent after specified grades / degree posted?

Official transcripts can be requested directly from your YC Student Account

Login into your YC student account and go to:  My Services --> Students --> Request My Official Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts can be viewed in your portal.

Your military training (after 1980) may provide transfer credit to college level courses. Requesting your military transcripts is easy and free. The Joint Services Transcript will email your official transcripts to Yavapai College.

binocularsTranscript Evaluations (from other schools)

Students who have completed work at other institutions and wish to apply credits toward their Yavapai College degree or certificate must contact their previous college(s) to have official transcripts sent directly to Yavapai College Registrar . We do not accept transcripts from the student (not by mail or by email). Transcripts must come directly from the prior institution.

Institutions should mail official transcripts to the following address:

Transcripts are generally evaluated within two weeks of being received by Yavapai College. You can verify the evaluated credit by logging into your account at yc.edu

Once logged into your YC account go to: My Services --> Students --> My Transcripts/Grades .

Transfer students should meet with an advisor as early as possible.
