Patrick Kuykendall
District 4
Patrick Kuykendall is the Business Services Representative for the State of Arizona (ARIZONA@WORK) supporting Yavapai County. He is responsible to work with employers, visit locations and assist them with finding qualified job seekers to meet the employer’s needs.
Patrick has over 35 years in private sector business ownership, 22 years’ service in the United States Military (retired First Sergeant United States Army) and 18 years in direct support of Veterans. He has worked at the Federal, State and City levels of government.
From 2019-2023 Patrick was the State Veterans Manager for Workforce under the ARIZONA@WORK umbrella. He was assigned to ensure that the Jobs for Veterans State Grant (JVSG) program followed the regulations and requirements in accordance with the Department of Labor.
He is currently the Department of Defense Army Reserve Ambassador for Arizona, Vice-Chairman Arizona Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, Chairman of the Prescott Mayor’s Veterans Commission, US Vets-Prescott Advisory Board, Board Member of 100MenWhoCare, Co-Caption Team Red-White-Blue Prescott Chapter, Member Team Rubicon, President ASSA (American School Safey Association).
He has spent many years working on his business degree something he hopes to accomplish before retirement in a few years. Patrick is very active in the community supporting many charities and non-profits as they provide resources and support. He enjoys shooting, golf, hiking, travel and will be competing in his 19th Bataan Memorial Death March in 2025.
