Located on the tranquil Yavapai College Verde Valley Campus with views overlooking the Verde Valley and the Southwest Wine Center estate vineyard, it is hard to imagine a more picturesque—or convenient—place to live!
Residents can easily walk to on-campus services and classes or enjoy campus hiking trails connected to the USFS network. The Campus is just a short drive to numerous retail and dining opportunities as well as the Community Recreation Center.
Yavapai College provides an affordable housing opportunity for students and employees (Workforce Housing) who wish to rent a full-service RV Pad or one of four fully equipped Keystone Cougar half-ton RVs (31BHKWE).
- Each RV pad includes a concrete patio for your exclusive use.
- The Keystone Cougar travel trailers boasts several modern amenities. With 2 private sleeping areas, this could be a perfect rental for a couple or a small family.
- Pets may be allowed with prior approval.
